Sew, Share and Enjoy a Creative Friday Together

Each Friday, the Artisans’ Guild Gallery of Caboolture comes alive with the gentle hum of sewing machines and the easy rhythm of conversation as the Crafty Tarts gather to create and connect.

This welcoming group brings together people who enjoy sewing in all its forms, working with both hand and machine techniques. Members arrive with their own projects, each one reflecting personal ideas and creative interests, from simple pieces through to more detailed work.

Open to all experience levels, Crafty Tarts offers a relaxed and supportive environment where learning happens naturally. Rather than formal instruction, members share ideas, demonstrate techniques, and encourage one another as they work. This creates a space where beginners can build confidence while more experienced sewists continue to explore and refine their skills.

The group is as much about connection as it is about creativity. Conversations flow easily, and over time, friendships develop alongside the projects being created. It’s a place to step away from the pace of everyday life and spend time doing something enjoyable in the company of others.

Participants bring their own materials, including sewing machines if needed, and work at their own pace. This flexible approach makes it easy to join in, whether starting out or returning to sewing after some time away.

Meeting weekly from 9:30am to 2:30pm, Crafty Tarts offers a consistent and welcoming space where creativity and community grow side by side.
