A Relaxed, Weekly Watercolour Group For All Skill Levels
Each week, the Artisans’ Guild Gallery in Caboolture becomes a place of quiet focus and creative exploration as the Art Nook Watercolour group gathers to paint, learn, and share ideas.
Led by Kerry Fiske, this welcoming group is open to all experience levels—from those picking up a brush for the first time to those looking to refine their skills. The focus is on building confidence through practice, with sessions designed to support both learning and personal expression.
Rather than a rigid class structure, Art Nook Watercolour offers a relaxed, self-paced environment. Participants are encouraged to explore a variety of watercolour techniques while working on their own ideas and projects. This flexible approach allows individuals to develop their skills over time, supported by observation, shared knowledge, and gentle guidance.
Each session provides an opportunity to experiment, ask questions, and gain insight into different techniques, while still allowing space for creativity to unfold naturally. The balance of structure and independence makes the group accessible to beginners, while still offering value to more experienced artists.
The group meets every Wednesday from 11:30am to 3:00pm at the Guild Gallery. Participants bring their own materials and work at their own pace, creating an environment that is both practical and welcoming.
More than just a place to learn watercolour, Art Nook offers a consistent space for creative connection—where skills can grow, ideas can develop, and confidence can build over time.
